What is Sistah to Sistah:​​​
Sistah to Sistah was originally founded in the summer of 2009 as a vessel to uplift and encourage women in every aspect of their lives, by creating fun events and programs that promotes sisterhood. Reestablished and reimagine in 2021, with a focus on erasing the negative narrative that women can not get along, and providing a place where they can feel safe, welcomed, and empowered.
As creator, I have a goal to reverse the stereotypical ideology that women, especially women of color, do not need or support one another. I believe, alone we are powerful, but together we can make an powerful impact in the world and for those around us. The truth is, when we raise each other up and channel the power of "sisterhood" we can change the equation on how the world view US!
Vision:
To create an environment in which women will feel inspired and encouraged to live their best lives and reach their full potential.
Mission:
Sistah to Sistah's mission is to build a "sisterhood" that will reverse the negative stereotype, placed in the minds of women, that perpetrate them as dominating, unworthy, seductive, jealous, and in competition with one another, and prove that a positive mindset about who they are will lead to the realization that support of one another can become beneficial in all areas of their lives.

Empowerment: Sistah to Sistah believes every woman is unique and powerful in her own right. We encourage them to take risks, make mistakes, but learn and grow, as they get better, stronger, and smarter doing it.
Respect: We believe every woman has the right to be treated with fairness and dignity. Being bold, clear, and kind in communicating to one another and not allow disrespectful behavior to go unchanged.
Integrity: We will never communicate in any way that exploits or demeans the women we exist to serve, we will deliver a program that will inspire, encourage, and maximize the biggest benefits and greatest long term positive change in their lives.
Resilience: We see every day the strength of women as they rise above adversities and never lose hope despite what they go through. We are inspired by them to stay strong in our mission to inspired, encourage, and empower them. We support them to do the same.
